Job Title: Account Executive

Salary Range: $100-110K base - OTE 300K

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

We are partnered with a leading North American digital professional services firm. They are looking for a new Account Executive to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Find and engage new clients needing app and web development
• Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to signed contract
• Understand client goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver projects
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using a CRM

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in digital/web/mobile services
• Strong closing skills — confident from initial call to deal closure
• Tech-savvy — understanding of app and website development
• Self-motivated and proactive — able to make things happen
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain digital solutions
• Familiarity with the Texas business market is a plus
