- Cold Outreach: Execute targeted outreach via phone, personalized email, and LinkedIn to Radiology Directors and Hospital Administrators.
- Qualify: Qualify incoming inquiries
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of hospital interactions, decision-maker structures, and imaging volumes in our CRM.
Phase 2: Relationship & Deal Progression. Own the following:
- Discovery & Workflow Analysis: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points, including current turnaround times, subspecialty coverage gaps, and overnight staffing needs.
- Pitching Solutions: Deliver compelling presentations detailing our teleradiology platform's capabilities, PACS/RIS integration options, and average report turnaround times.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with hospital IT directors and credentialing teams to address preliminary operational and security questions.
- Handoff: Package all account intelligence, imaging volume metrics, and technical requirements to seamlessly transition the prospect to senior leadership just prior to final pricing and contract negotiations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales or healthcare business development
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, DICOM imaging, and hospital procurement cycles and/or candidate very fast to assimilate new knowledge.

- Tech: Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
