Job summary

Local Culture Creative is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in Orlando with remote work and regular in-person client meetings. You will prospect, book meetings, manage the sales cycle, and expand client accounts while learning our digital, print, social, and experiential offerings.

The role demands outbound discipline, solid presentation skills, and a proactive approach to staying ahead of Orlando market activity. A local candidate with BD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience with a proven ability to self-source meetings and build pipeline from scratch.
• Real curiosity about marketing; interest in social media, influencer campaigns, programmatic advertising, or print.
• Agency or advertising sales experience is a plus if BD skills are strong.
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and resilient to rejection.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline without constant reminders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Booking meetings with outbound calls, building your pipeline, and presenting to decision-makers; generate your own meetings.
• Running the sales cycle from first contact to signed contract: needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Learning our products across digital, print, social, sponsorship, streaming, and experiential; you should understand how each works for clients.
• Managing your book: after signing a client, keep them happy, ensure timely payments, and grow the account.
• Staying sharp on the market: know Orlando activity and competitors and bring new business leads proactively.

Local Culture Creative is hiring an Account Executive to sell for our agency. This role covers digital, print, social, sponsorship, and experiential marketing for local businesses across our markets.

We need someone who can already get a meeting on the books. You'll learn our products, our clients, and our market once you're here, but the ability to prospect and book qualified meetings has to walk in the door with you. This is not an entry-level sales job.

Local Culture Creative is a full-service marketing agency building social media and content strategy, advertising, web design, programmatic, and streaming TV campaigns for local businesses.

This is a remote position based in Orlando. You\'ll need to be local for client meetings and events.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
