Overview
The Account Executive role owns the logistics and administration of the account.
Responsibilities
- Own daily account work on the brand including budgets and bills.
- Maintain accurate, organized files and adhere to agency financial and operating procedures.
- Problem‑solve and bring issues to management; solution‑oriented.
- Positive influence on cross‑capability, internal team.
- Solid understanding of the brand, category, and at least two media channels; continuously learn technology.
- Advocate for agency process, identify issues, and contribute to problem resolution.
- Understand client positioning and strategy, competitive knowledge.
- Inform team of changes in client/competitive climate and communicate clearly.
- Research category, competitive data, and therapeutic areas.
- Contribute thoughtfully to brand tactical planning and creative process.
- Work with account team to execute plan tactics.
- Document status reports, contact reports, timelines; own day‑to‑day tactics and executions.
- Develop strong relationships with project management, creative, finance, other departments.
- Attend client meetings, provide timely follow‑up; synchronize communications between account teams, vendors, clients.
- Organize and manage client presentations; influence and diplomacy in written and verbal communications; effective concise communication.
- Communicate directly and frequently with client, build rapport and credibility.
- Help client execute advertising and marketing plans.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
