The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Payments Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our embedded payment solution to our established client base. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, a self-starter, and has experience selling Payment Processing solutions. Government experience is highly preferred. This position is fully remote.

Job Duties Include:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Cultivate and close clients within local government agencies.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to position our payment solution as the best option.
  3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  4. Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points, challenges, and growth initiatives, understanding their payments ecosystem.
  5. Analyze merchant statements, develop profitability models, and create pricing strategies.
  6. Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations highlighting key value propositions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and after-sales support.
  8. Collaborate across departments to source new ideas, solutions, or opportunities to improve productivity and earnings.
  9. Build consensus on key initiatives across multiple departments by working effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
