Job summary

Calvis Inc. in Miami seeks a skilled sales professional to own the full sales cycle—from qualifying inbound leads to closing accounts across events, construction, warehouses, retail, and corporate facilities.

You will conduct discovery calls, price and quote terms, and manage your own pipeline in our CRM. Collaborate with operations to ensure flawless first shifts and feed market feedback into product and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing experience in a B2B services or marketplace setting.
• Comfortable on the phone; most deals close on calls.
• Organized and self-directed; you’ll run your own book.
• Bonus: experience in security, staffing, or other operationally heavy industries.

About the role

You’ll be one of the first dedicated sales hires, working directly with the founders. You’ll own the full sales cycle: qualifying inbound leads, running discovery calls, quoting coverage, and closing accounts across events, construction, warehouses, retail, and corporate facilities.

Compensation

Base plus uncapped commission.
