Our client is a leader in the high-end fulfillment space, supporting both Fortune 500 companies and smaller brands with their publicity, marketing, and events initiatives. This is a well established company that has been around for over 50 years, offering stability and a great career path for an eager candidate with a customer-service mindset.

Your primary responsibilities would include:

• Consulting with clients on various projects and managing their daily work from start to finish.
• Liaising with various internal departments (administration, accounting, production, fulfillment, and warehousing).
• Writing memos to clients, opening job orders, printing labels, doing fulfillment (occasionally), answering phones, assisting the production department, etc.
• Assisting with various administrative and/or office management tasks as needed.
