This position is part-time with a flexible schedule!

Who are we?

Young Ninjas is a leader in martial arts enrichment programs, seek a friendly and experienced sales representative.

Over 15 years in business and combined over 100 schools!

We partner with preschool and elementary schools throughout Los Angeles.

Our classes run at schools in the morning or after school. We are looking for sales support to help acquire new school accounts.

Responsibilities include

Call warm leads and acquire new leads to get more preschool and elementary school partners

Follow up, book demos, or book a school!

Requirements (Ideal Candidate):

Experience selling - Good on the phone

ENERGETIC, FRIENDLY, and GOOD PHONE SKILLS

Proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Energetic, approachable, and professional demeanor

Most hours can be remote

Compensation:

HOURLY + COMMISSION for each school booked!

$20-$25/hour / starting up to 10 hours a week

With each partner booked tiered commission/compensation

Bonuses available based on school retention
