Job summary

• Knowledgeable about the project development lifecycle from both an internet marketing and web development / design perspective
• Possesses superb organizational abilities to effectively prioritize projects and manage deadlines for each client’s best interest
• Able to brainstorm, collaborate, and strategize with inter-agency creative resources, including designers, developers, and internet marketing team members
• Demonstrated experience working with external clients / vendors in managing expectations, relationships, and scope of work
• Experience in project management tactics needed to effectively manage project resources on time and within budget

REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS

• Exposure to project management tools such as Teamwork, Active Collab, Trello, or equivalent
• Basic understanding of design and development elements and applicable CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, InDesign, Figma, WooCommerce)
• Familiar with internet marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hubspot, SEMRush, and Active Campaign)
• Proficient with Google Suite and Apple equivalent

• Strategic knowledge of internet marketing & development projects (e.g. client goals vs. team implementations to meet those goals)
• Has an editorial mindset and understands what audiences want and how to create it within the boundaries of a client’s budget, brand, and timeline

• Able to make recommendations, big and small, on ways to help clients reach their goals

• Able to effectively manage a range of client budgets and find creative solutions when making adjustments with project changes
