Job description

MetaOption LLC - Account Executive

MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC/LS Gold Partner, is seeking a highly accomplished Account Executive to join their sales team. This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP of Sales and CX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Vet and qualify all inbound leads and direct them to appropriate sales representatives.
  2. Attend all discovery calls with sales reps for further education on the sales process and assist in coordinating next steps as requested.
  3. Create all proposals and secure internal sign-offs once the new proposal process/template is completed.
  4. Manage inbound inquiries and seek assistance when needed.
  5. Ensure updates are made in MS CRM for all representatives.
  6. Identify key market verticals for ERP sales through analysis of marketplace data, follow up on sales lists, and conduct proactive outbound solicitation.
  7. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments.
  8. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  9. Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  10. Serve as the customer's voice within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring service excellence.
Required skills and experience:
  1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with top-level Excel and PowerPoint skills for presenting and tracking activities. Must be a self-starter capable of succeeding in a remote environment.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a similar role in software sales.
  3. Strong follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach are preferred.
  4. Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC/LS, Power BI, MS NAV, and ERP solutions is a significant plus.
  5. Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses from customers while maintaining a positive impression of MetaOption is critical.

Note: There is a 90-day probation period. Benefits will be provided after successful completion of probation.
