Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Lithia Springs, Georgia is seeking a bright, motivated sales professional to drive direct sales of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the assigned territory.

You will prospect new business, nurture client relationships, and manage a CRM-driven pipeline to secure accounts and expand existing ones while meeting budget and quota expectations. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision; offices operate Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• 3-5 years of experience in selling workforce solutions / staffing.
• Capable of understanding Industrial industry workforce challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop full knowledge of assigned sales territory and account base
• Prospect new opportunities for business
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
• Secure new accounts and expand existing ones through effective proposals and networking.
• Consult with clients to identify talent acquisition and workforce needs.
• Enter daily activities into CRM software for tracking purposes.
• Exhibit the company's values and follow company processes.
• Serve as a resource for labor/workforce management solutions.
• Work with Operations staff to ensure service delivery and provide updates to management.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process with a proven record in development and revenue generation.
• Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
• Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.

This individual will be responsible for driving direct sales of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will require a proactive approach to developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $75,000-$85,000 annually, plus commission structure. Compensation based on experience.
  
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
• Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Located in Lithia Spring, Georgia.
