Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive direct sales of temporary and permanent staffing solutions. You will develop new business and nurture client relationships within a defined territory.

Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline through cold calling and networking, securing new accounts, and collaborating with operations to ensure service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in selling workforce solutions / staffing.
• Capable of understanding Industrial industry workforce challenges
• Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.
• Able to travel within assigned market(s).
• A “hunter” and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
• Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.

This individual will be responsible for driving direct sales of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will require a proactive approach to developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $75,000-$85,000 annually, plus commission structure. Compensation based on experience.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
• Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Located in Lithia Spring, Georgia.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
• Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.

Requirements and Qualifications
