Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Ontario, CA is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive direct staffing solutions for our local clients. You will develop new business, nurture relationships, and close deals for temporary and direct hire staffing.

This role offers a starting salary from $75,000 to $85,000 annually plus commission, with medical, dental, and vision benefits. Office hours are Monday through Friday, and travel within the territory is expected to grow our footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of assigned sales territory and account base.
• Prospect new opportunities for business.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
• Secure new accounts and expand existing ones through effective proposals and networking.
• Consult with clients to identify talent acquisition and workforce needs.
• Enter daily activities into CRM software for tracking purposes.
• Exhibit the company's values and follow company processes.
• Serve as a resource for labor/workforce management solutions.
• Work with Operations staff to ensure service delivery and provide updates to management.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
• Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
• Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $75,000-$85,000 annually, plus commission structure. Compensation based on experience.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
• Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Located in Ontario, California.
