Katz Media Group, the nation's largest media representation firm, is seeking an Account Executive to join its CTV team in Chicago or Detroit.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in‑depth knowledge of video advertising and the Katz CTV platform.
- Secure client meetings to advance partnership discussions.
- Strategically position the platform to enhance revenue generation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various client segments.
- Leverage industry expertise and sales tools to research and prospect new accounts, identify key decision‑makers and generate interest in Katz Digital’s platform.
- Engage in high‑level discovery conversations with senior agencies and client decision‑makers.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs with professionalism and excellence.
- Drive revenue across diverse verticals.
- Provide regular business forecasts.
- Achieve and surpass revenue targets set by management.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth post‑sales process.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 4‑year college degree.
- Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising or traditional TV sales.
- In‑depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, particularly video advertising.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills with consultative, solution‑oriented selling.
- Experience in proactive prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in ad campaign metrics and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a robust work ethic.

Compensation
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (based on experience, skills, and market data). Eligible for commissions.

Chicago, IL – 233 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 3050, 60601. (Eligible for Detroit location as well.)
