Build your pipeline. Close your business. Grow with the company.
You know how to start a conversation, earn a prospect’s trust, and turn an opportunity into a signed customer. You’re comfortable picking up the phone, asking thoughtful questions, and following through until you get a decision.
Here’s an opportunity to put those skills to work with an established medical billing company ready to expand beyond founder-led sales.
Salesfolks is recruiting on behalf of a privately held medical billing services business with an established client base, strong client references, and a hands‑on founder who will help you learn the business. The company is hiring a sales professional to win new accounts and help build its next stage of growth.
You’ll focus primarily on specialty medical practices with approximately 3-20 providers. These are businesses that need dependable billing support so their teams can focus on patient care.
Why this opportunity stands out
What you’ll do
Own the sales process from first outreach through closing. Approximately 80–90% of prospecting activity will be outbound, with some inbound opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
What you bring
Medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare services sales experience is a significant advantage. Experience selling to physician practices, practice administrators, or medical office managers is especially relevant. Candidates with strong B2B sales fundamentals and the ability to learn the field are also encouraged to apply.
How success will be measured
Success means creating qualified opportunities, maintaining disciplined follow‑up, and converting prospects into new clients. You’ll be expected to build a pipeline you can explain and manage, and produce results from your own outreach.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys both hunting and closing, wants ownership of their results, and sees the opportunity in joining a company while its sales team is still taking shape.
