Job Description Summary

The Account Executive position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, healthy relationships with property management clients. As the primary contact for clients, the role aims to provide a best-in-class client experience while increasing revenue and retention. Account Executives will be trusted, knowledgeable industry resources and will act as a liaison to internal operations, sales, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
  • Manage relationships with Property Management Company clients
  • Lead efforts to grow revenue and increase sales (current & new products)
  • Increase participation and utilization by Property Management Companies
  • Create reports to analyze data and present to management
  • Coordinate client needs with the ePremium organization
  • Proactively identify process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years customer, property, or account management experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Overcome objections in the sales process; ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills; capable of presenting at conferences and to clients virtually and in-person
  • Develop client needs analysis and present outcomes
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Research competitive and market information
  • Ability to maintain relationships at all organizational levels, externally with clients
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Focus on high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate daily with Sales Executives
  • Leverage existing clients for upselling and new business
Education Requirements
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • P&C Insurance license required (must obtain within 60 days of employment; long-term employment contingent on license)
