We're a local SEO and digital marketing agency in Broken Arrow, OK. We help local service businesses rank #1 on Google: roofers, plumbers, HVAC, med spas, dentists, law firms. We skip long-term contracts and ticket systems and focus on direct communication and real results. The Opportunity

The demand is already here. You won't be building your own list or living on cold calls.

Hundreds of qualified DMs hit our inbox every week from our social lead flow, plus 75,000+ followers and thousands of existing contacts to work. The leads are warm. Your job is to work those DMs, set the right ones to calls, and close them.

You also get paid every month your clients stay. Commission is recurring, so when you close well and retain well, your income compounds month over month.

What You'll Do

• Run discovery and closing calls with warm, pre-booked prospects
• Work inbound DMs across all social platforms (hundreds weekly) and set the right ones to calls
• Take round-robin leads with our sales team during the day
• Run evenings on your own after 4:30 PM, setting and closing
• Own the weekends: every call, every close, and lead outreach to fill the calendar
• Close high-ticket SEO retainers
• Reach out to our follower base and contact list during slower stretches
• Run low-ticket offers for cold outreach when you want to fill gaps
• Keep a clean pipeline in HighLevel and follow up relentlessly
• Hand off closed clients cleanly to the delivery team and set clear expectations from day one
• Own the client relationship, because retention is your recurring paycheck

Schedule

• Five days a week, Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off)
• Weekdays from noon to 8:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Who This Is For

• You've closed high-ticket deals before and can prove it with numbers
• You sell ethically. You don't oversell, overpromise, or close someone the service won't help. If it's not a fit, you say so
• You run a structured call, find the real objection, and ask for the money without flinching
• You're consultative and build trust fast
• You're self-driven and accountable, and commission-only motivates you
• You can work on-site in Broken Arrow, OK, full time
• Agency or digital marketing sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Commission only: 10% of every client's monthly retainer, paid every month they stay
• A ramp-up period to support you while you build your book
• Commission stacks, so every client you close adds to what you earned the month before
• First-year on-target earnings: $110,000 to $220,000
• Year two starts with that whole book already paying you
