The Role
If you know the garage door industry — the seasonality, the PE dynamics, the difference between a torsion spring repair and a new install — keep reading. We built this role for someone like you.
You’ll be our clients’ primary point of contact — their coach, their advocate, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You co‑lead a POD (team unit) alongside a Project Manager, sharing responsibility for your clients’ success.
Your week:
- Tuesdays: Deep‑dive into client ad performance, lead quality, and campaign health
- Wednesdays: Send concise Weekly Marketing Updates (WMUs) to every client
- Thursdays: Run your Scorecard in our L10 meeting (we run on EOS)
- Monthly: Lead 45‑minute client meetings on Zoom + Loom video reports
- Daily: Monitor client health, respond within 7 business hours, keep Asana current, coordinate with your POD

- Client show rate — Goal: 90%
- Escalations to CEO — Goal: 0
- Escalations with a solution attached — Goal: 100%
- WMUs groomed before sending — Goal: Yes
- Client Health Dashboard updated — Goal: Yes
- Responsive on Slack — Goal: Yes
Must‑Haves
- Account management or client success experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proactive problem‑solver — you fix things before the client notices
- Comfortable explaining PPC, SEO, and Meta Ads to business owners
- Comfortable with AI tools and eager to use them daily
- Video communication skills (Loom, Zoom)
Strong Advantages
- Garage door industry experience — whether you’ve worked at a garage door company, marketed for one, or sold into the space, this gives you a major edge
- Digital marketing agency experience
- GoHighLevel, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LSA familiarity
- EOS experience (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards)
- SOP building and process improvement track record
Logistics
- Contract: 1099 independent contractor. You handle your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
- Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours/week. Arizona Time (AZ does NOT observe Daylight Saving Time). These are set hours — not flexible.
- Offshore: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM AZ
- USA: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM AZ
- Pay: $50,000–$60,000/year DOE. Paid weekly via Wise (international) or Zelle (USA).
- Meetings: Monday Team Meeting (7:30 AM AZ), Thursday L10 (7:30 AM AZ), weekly 1‑on‑1 with your manager.
The First 90 Days
You start full‑time at 40 hours/week with a 90‑day probationary period. You’ll learn our systems, shadow client meetings, and complete review tasks for your manager.
By Day 90: You are 100% self‑sufficient — running accounts, leading meetings, sending WMUs, and managing your Scorecard without daily guidance.
