About the Role

At Ovative Group, we focus on unlocking the full impact of media across the consumer journey, measuring both online and offline effects to drive business growth. As an Account Director, you will lead strategy development and execution, managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for major clients in retail, healthcare, education, CPG, and hospitality sectors.

We seek a bold, hands-on leader who can think critically, navigate the evolving media landscape, and inspire teams to achieve high-impact results. The role involves developing and leading media & measurement strategies, managing client relationships, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-channel media and measurement strategies aligned with client goals for long-term growth.
  • Leverage data insights to inform media investments and optimize performance.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage account health, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Lead strategic client partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving account growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy with a focus on digital media and measurement.
  • 5+ years managing and developing teams, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $228,000, including a 30% bonus, based on experience and impact. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k match, paid time off, and more.
