Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Assistant Account Director to oversee the successful execution of services for our clients and drive account growth across multiple sites in Tempe, AZ.

You will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts to maximize profit, and collaborate with site managers to improve quality, safety, cost savings, and performance. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in facilities management are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts and be day-to-day contact for client matters.
• Develop client relationships and manage budgets and SLAs.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and coordinate multi-site work.
• Forecast sales results and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead vendor negotiations, supplier audits, and performance reviews.
