Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking an Account Director to act as the commercial and operational engine for a high-tech account, bridging client management and creative production with a focus on growth. This hybrid role is based in our NYC office, leading major launches and guiding the client through AI transformation.

You will manage cross-functional teams, champion innovative ideas, and drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong brand guardianship and strategic partnerships across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of creative production and client management experience with multi-market brands.
• Experience working with large tech clients preferred.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and automated asset production.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the US Regional Lead cultivating key client relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee AI-enabled E2E frameworks across production and strategy.
• Drive growth through upselling and retention strategies.
