You will work hands-on and guide a team to bring your vision to life, leveraging AI tools and traditional craft. This role is based in New York in a hybrid setup, with globalization through cross‑border collaboration.
You’ll lead creative directions, pitch concepts to clients, and push for award-winning outcomes using the latest AI-driven workflows.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in ACD/Art Director roles at top advertising agencies.
- Proven track record on award-winning campaigns and teams.
- Strong interest in AI-enabled art direction and craft.
- Portfolio demonstrating multi-platform storytelling for top brands.
- Experience across film production from pre to post.
Responsibilities
- Own the Creative Vision across your portfolio of projects.
- Lead Art Direction and craft for AI-forward campaigns.
- Deliver award-winning ideas aligned with briefs and client goals.
- Create mockups/storyboards using GenAI and design tools.
- Guide designers to realize concepts and visuals.
- Present work to clients and adapt based on feedback.
- Collaborate across teams in US, UK, and Mexico.
- Develop film treatments, storyboards, and mood boards.
