Job summary

Jellyfish in New York is seeking an AI-Forward ACD - Art Director who is conceptually minded, with a background across mediums, focusing on film creative and production. You will lead AI-forward projects for global brands, creating visually inspiring ideas that cut through the clutter and excite audiences.

You’ll work hands-on daily while guiding a team of designers to bring your vision to life, collaborating across the US, UK and Mexico and using GenAI tools alongside traditional craft.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ACD/Art Director roles at top agencies.
• Proven track record of award-winning campaigns and team leadership.
• Enthusiasm for AI in Art Direction with strong craft.

Responsibilities

• Own the Creative Vision across projects, driving excellence and consistency.
• Lead Art Direction across AI-forward projects and campaigns.
• Create film treatments, storyboards, and mood boards for AI film production.
• Be hands-on with mock-ups and storyboards using GenAI and design tools (e.g. Figma).
• Present work to clients and respond to feedback with creative solutions.
• Guide designers and editors from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate across US, UK, and Mexico teams.
