We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead strategic, day-to-day relationships with a major petcare brand. This role is ideal for a confident client partner who can guide integrated campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver creative work that drives real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the senior client lead for a flagship petcare account
• Own the overall account strategy, ensuring creative, media, and production efforts align with client goals
• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, TV, experiential, and retail
• Manage budgets, scopes, timelines, and resourcing
• Partner closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business
• Mentor and develop account team members
