We are seeking a talented Account Supervisor to join the Client Team of our client – an Advertising Agency located in Overland Park, KS, In this role, you'll lead client relationships, oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, and serve as a key connection point between clients, account leadership, and internal teams.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You'll help ensure work is polished, client‑ready, and on pace while guiding Account Executives and Coordinators and supporting growth across your accounts.

What You'll Do

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Oversee, prioritize, and quality‑check a wide range of marketing tactics from development through launch.
• Guide, review, and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators.
• Build strong client relationships that support trust, transparency, and growth.
• Develop and manage accurate estimates, timelines, and forecasts.
• Partner with Agency Operations on project financials, scope, and margin discipline.
• Provide Creative and Content teams with the strategic insight and direction they need.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and help develop new business within existing accounts.
• Draft forms, presentations, and proposals that support client confidence and internal collaboration.
• Represent the agency professionally with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Work Environment
