The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Director to spearhead the day-to-day activities for our key client accounts. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless execution of account initiatives and fostering strong, lasting client partnerships. This hybrid role requires working onsite in our Midtown Atlanta office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday).

Salary Range: $105,000 - $110,000

You will be responsible for overseeing all account activity, managing external partners, and driving client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day activities on assigned key accounts, ensuring clear, proactive communication and swift resolution of client needs and inquiries.
  • Oversee all account activity, meticulously ensuring accurate and timely reporting while upholding a high standard of service delivery.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships and agreements with external partners, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching account goals and objectives.
  • Proactively gather, rigorously analyze, and thoughtfully interpret relevant data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate account performance, identify key trends, and pinpoint areas for strategic improvement.
  • Skillfully prepare and confidently present comprehensive reports on account progress, performance against quotas, and achievement of strategic goals to both senior leadership and key client stakeholders (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment by providing clear direction, offering consistent motivation, and ensuring seamless alignment across internal teams to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Strategically build and nurture strong, enduring client relationships, proactively enhancing client satisfaction, demonstrably improving overall account health, and independently identifying and cultivating opportunities to grow established pieces of business.
  • Play a key role in the initiation of projects by assisting in the creation of clear and concise project and creative briefs, effectively translating complex client insights into actionable and easily digestible deliverables for the internal team.
  • Leverage your expertise to develop well-informed and persuasive points of view (POVs) on behalf of the client, actively contributing to strategic decision-making processes and providing valuable perspectives.
  • Actively contribute to new business pitch projects, strategically leveraging client insights and demonstrating strong strategic thinking to develop compelling proposals and win valuable new opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Head of Client Services, COO, and CEO to proactively address challenging client requests or complex issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in lifestyle brands, digital marketing, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is a plus.
