Responsibilities

• Drive delivery execution and ensure SLA adherence.
• Own account delivery and all projects under the assigned account.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
• Coordinate delivery cross-functionally with PMs, AMs and practitioner sales.
• Lead governance activities (QBRs/MBRs) and track KPIs.
• Monitor cost forecasts and share weekly/monthly reports.
