Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Associate to support customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and managing accounts. The role offers on-the-job training, competitive base pay, and an opportunity to earn incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
