Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking personnel to perform basic in-office tasks in the Account Credit Resolution department, utilizing PB Epic billing system. This role requires 100% in-office presence on-site at MCW.
Responsibilities include mail distribution, processing returned checks, organizing weekly refund card shipments, and processing CMS overpayment acknowledgments, with opportunities to work special projects as assigned.

Minimum Required Education: High school diploma
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years general office experience

Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
