The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks an in-office Accounts Credit Resolution assistant to perform basic tasks within the department using the PB Epic billing system.

The role requires 100% on-site presence and involves sorting mail, processing checks, and submitting CMS overpayment acknowledgments. Two years of general office experience and a high school diploma are required, along with strong attention to quality control, customer service, and information management.

• Knowledge of quality control, customer service standards, information management, procedural process, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities
