Keep Supply is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the Sales Team in the industrial refrigeration space. This role is phone-and-desk-based, handling quotes, customer inquiries, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure nothing falls through the cracks while you learn a technical product line.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the Sales Support Manager to keep customers happy and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound customer calls and respond promptly via phone, email, and text.
• Prepare and review customer quotes and proposals with accurate pricing and specs.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records across internal systems.
• Initiate proactive outreach to customers on a structured cadence.
• Assist in onboarding and segmentation for new accounts to ensure proper setup.
• Support Account Managers by coordinating tasks and freeing them to focus on growth.
• Participate in team meetings and sales pod/huddle prep.
• Gather customer data to support weekly marketing meetings and account strategy.
