Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, credit, inventory control, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order execution, timely responses, and proactive support that may generate sales opportunities and account growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service, sales support, or account management experience.
• Experience processing customer orders, quotations, pricing, returns/credits, and follow-up activities.
• Experience working with enterprise systems or databases; ERP/JDE experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal partners.
• Proficiency with basic arithmetic for pricing and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries via phone, email, or direct interaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigate discrepancies in pricing, shipping, and billing; implement corrective actions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in systems.
