Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator in Lehi, UT for our 3PL operations. The role focuses on freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service, with in-house training and opportunities for career growth.

You will schedule pickups, coordinate transportation, and maintain shipments in our TMS while collaborating with sales, customer service, and operations teams. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Account Coordinator - Logistics & Transportation

Lehi, UT | Full-Time | In-Person

Looking for a career in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management in Lehi, Utah? Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team.

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service. You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams.

Compensation

• $50,000 annual base salary + commission

Your Role as an Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will:

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
