Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers; ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Administer and collect outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operations and performance tracking.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading/unloading activities and schedules.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Lange Fresh Sales is currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Team.

In this position, the Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support to the Account Manager, ensuring seamless workflow execution and superior customer service. This position involves coordinating communication between shippers, carriers, customers, and the Account Manager to facilitate efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Administration and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.

BasicQualifications(Required Skills/Experience):
