pep, part of WPP, is seeking an Account Coordinator in New York City to support Account Executives and Supervisors on consumer promotions campaigns. The role emphasizes data accuracy, campaign timelines, client and vendor communication, and financial administration within a hybrid office setting.

Base salary ranges from 28,400 to 65,000 USD, with generous benefits and development opportunities; office presence four days a week is typical, and accommodations can be discussed during interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or Communication or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to review data, proofs, and calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotional data accuracy, UPCs, proofreading, and data entry across platforms.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and track budgets for programs.
• Facilitate client/vendor communication; attend weekly status meetings.
• Support financial administration: vendor estimates, PO tracking, billing issues.
• Contribute to process optimization by adopting and improving procedures.
