Job summary

pep, part of WPP, Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Account Executive to oversee day-to-day management of marketing programs. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize promotions, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-driven analysis.

The role supports a hybrid office model with an average four days in the office weekly, and offers generous benefits and a clear growth path within the pep team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business or Communication with a 2.8+ GPA from four-year college or university; or minimum 18 months of applicable business experience
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCAT, IF, SUMIF
• Ability to read and interpret process documents and operate internal systems
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to be client-facing
• Ability to mentor and work well within a team
• Strong attention to detail to prepare client targeting recommendations and proofing/approvals

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing promotions from conception to completion for assigned business unit
• Manage and compile large data sets with accuracy using Excel formulas
• Collaborate with clients to assemble promotion specifications and communicate requirements to suppliers
• Create and manage production timeline and communicate timelines to client contacts, suppliers, and internal personnel
• Collaborate with client and suppliers to ensure program requirements meet legal and policy guidelines
• Manage promotion scope changes to ensure on-time and on-budget execution
• Provide client with recommendations for cost/time efficiencies with supplier partners
• Ensure promotions are executed to completion with adequate proof of performance
