Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills required.
• Excellent prioritization, time management and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships across teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotions from conception to completion for assigned client.
• Collaborate with clients to assemble offer specifications and forms.
• Communicate offer details to suppliers and route contracts for approvals.
• Input offers into supplier portals and route proofs for client approval.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage scope changes to keep on time and on budget.
• Lead development of new or improved processes and procedures.
