Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking an Account Coordinator in Pittsburgh to support customer accounts, manage orders, and coordinate with sales, supply chain, and finance. You will oversee onboarding, pricing initiatives, purchase orders, and contracts while driving customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in an account support role, strong project management skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an account support role with a customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts.
• Process customer orders; liaise between Berlin Packaging employees and customers.
• Review, track, and manage internal activities from order placement through delivery.
• Serve as project manager for new customer launches and coordinate with sales and supply chain to meet timelines and specifications.
• Process customer invoices and conduct soft collections as needed.
• Maintain and update sales records and customer information in CRM; prepare reports.
• Partner with sales to develop pricing and quotes; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and global teams to source products and confirm availability and shipping.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to service customers and drive branch metrics.
• Conduct wellness calls to understand customer needs and improve service level.
• Demonstrate Berlin Values through teamwork, productivity, and delivering results.
