Job summary

Sunset Transportation, Inc. seeks a Managing Director to lead daily branch operations, financial performance, and team development across Queretaro, Laredo, and Nuevo Laredo. You will champion the Sunset brand, drive growth, and strengthen customer and carrier relationships.

You will oversee transportation and customs operations, mentor leaders, and partner with corporate teams to ensure branch success. A strong track record in logistics leadership and results-driven culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and branch management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, grow revenue, and improve performance.
• Experience managing customer relationships and solving operational challenges.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

About the Role
