Chicago Tube & Iron in St. Paul, MN is seeking an Account Coordinator to support existing customers, process quotes and orders, and assist Account Representatives in growing new business.

This role offers hands-on experience in purchasing, order management, and sales support within the steel industry. You will answer calls, prepare quotes through our ERP system, coordinate with vendors, and participate in monthly sales trainings while building lasting customer relationships in a professional

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with account needs.
• Prepare and process customer quotes through our ERP system.
• Convert approved quotes into customer orders.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding quotations.
• Identify and source buy-out materials through appropriate vendors.
• Enter purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Process Laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders.
• Prepare Material Return Authorizations when needed.
• Communicate regularly with Account Managers regarding customer accounts, orders, and opportunities.
• Participate in monthly sales training meetings.
• Assist with additional sales and customer service responsibilities as needed.

Chicago Tube & Iron is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning how a successful sales and account management operation works from the inside.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Account Representatives to support existing customers, process orders and quotes, and help identify opportunities to grow new business. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with customer accounts, purchasing, order management, and sales support while learning the steel industry from an experienced team.

What You’ll Do
