• Answer incoming phone calls from customers.
• Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers.
• Convert quotes into orders.
• Identify and source buy outs with appropriate vendors.
• Input laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders.
• Enter purchase orders with vendors.
• Input material return authorizations if necessary.
• Follow up on quotations made to customers.
• Communicate with account managers regarding accounts.
• Attend monthly sales training meetings.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
