Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Account Management & Operations professional to support two brands, own execution from brief through delivery, and lead client communications in a fast-paced, regulated agency environment. You will prepare status reports, track risks, and help manage timelines and approvals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations.
• Working understanding of core principles across account management and operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar preferred.
• Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.
