Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Consultant to support the Ancillary Benefits team, delivering high-quality service to clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and timely processing of proposals, renewals, and new business changes.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Executives, manage RFPs, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining SLA commitments across a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; no experience required.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to support and manage an assigned book of business.
• Coordinate Ancillary RFP opportunities from receipt through completion.
• Serve as a key contact between carriers, Sales Teams, and broker partners throughout proposals and processes.
• Manage proposal activity, carrier submissions, and marketing efforts with timely updates.
• Prepare marketing results, renewal materials, and broker deliverables as needed.
• Review and submit new business and policy changes accurately and timely.
