Job summary

Gallagher, Boon Group's integration, is seeking an Account Manager to provide day-to-day client service, manage multiple employee benefits clients, and act as a liaison between clients, brokers, vendors and internal resources. You’ll bring a client-centric approach with a focus on compliance and service excellence.

This role requires the ability to travel nationally, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow the book of business while maintaining strong relationships across our carrier

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an account management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Experience in the employee benefits industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Group 1 insurance license is required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Regular national travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as client advocate and main point of contact.
• Liaise with internal departments and decision makers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients.
• Keep clients informed of day-to-day changes, billing or enrollment issues, and compliance information.
• Drive renewal processes from start to finish with coordination across teams.
• Support open enrollment activities with clients, vendors, and internal groups.
