The role involves direct donor communication, reviewing medical documentation, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and client requirements.

This in-office position follows a Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The incumbent collaborates with physicians, Medical Services staff, and client employers to resolve cases and provide timely

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse License is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in occupational health settings, hospital, and outpatient nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in executing Drug Testing Services across Workplace Solutions broad customer base.
• Interact with donors via phone to explain results and determine explanations for positive or invalid tests.
• Review physicals and self-reported medications for client employers.
• Evaluate medical documentation to determine if employees meet job or DOT requirements.
• Communicate with medical providers, clinics, and employees for corrections and additional information.
