Job description

As a Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager at Augury, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing highly targeted, data-driven ABM strategies to engage key enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America and Europe. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive expansion within strategic accounts and accelerate revenue growth.

Remote role - East Coast

Your Impact
  • ABM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel ABM programs to engage high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content, digital advertising, targeted email campaigns, executive events, and direct mail.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account executives to define account-based strategies, ensure alignment with revenue goals, and optimize engagement at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Personalized Content Development: Partner with content and creative teams to develop customized assets such as account-specific landing pages, case studies, and interactive experiences tailored to different personas within target accounts.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Use ABM and intent data tools (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) to identify buying signals, prioritize target accounts, and measure campaign effectiveness. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Tech Stack & Process Optimization: Leverage marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM tools to manage campaigns, track engagement, and scale programs effectively. Experience with tools such as WordPress, Canva, etc. - to be able to independently create end to end ABM journeys is a plus.
  • Reporting & Performance Measurement: Track and report on key ABM KPIs, including account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM strategies in SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in executing ABM programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Expertise in ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, and marketing automation tools like Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience marketing AI-driven solutions and digital transformation technologies to technical and business decision-makers is a plus.
  • A multi-faceted marketer who can initiate and drive ABM tactics, demonstrating creativity and agility in adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $145,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
