Before becoming a State Farm agent, I owned an equipment rental company, where I developed a passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Neil Mckinnon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
