Job summary

Caley Baillio - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support day-to-day business operations and customer success. You will help grow the office through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will promote relevant products and services, assist with policy changes, claims, and inquiries, and collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. A strong team mindset and results-driven attitude are valued.

I opened my agency in 2013 and currently lead a team of nine. My State Farm journey began as a team member, where I worked my way toward agency ownership. State Farm has also always been part of my family - my mom was a State Farm agent as well. Outside of work, I’m a former Division I volleyball athlete and have been married for 19 years with two daughters. My athletic background has played a big role in the competitive, team-oriented approach I bring to the agency.
