Job summary

Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and enhance customer relations. You will help grow the office by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and office growth.
