Kevin Patton - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate Team Member to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through client relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products, help clients with policy changes and claims, and coordinate with underwriters to issue policies, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
